Public documents everyone can read
We turn agendas, minutes, budgets and notices into accessible web pages for small cities, counties and special districts, done in days, at a price a small board can approve.
What we do
- Convert PDFs into clean web pages, or properly tagged PDFs when a PDF has to stay a PDF.
- Add real headings, tables with headers, alt text, the right reading order, page language and good contrast.
- Test with free tools (axe-core, HTML_CodeSniffer, veraPDF), then check by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader.
- Give you a before/after report and a fix log for your records.
Samples
Unofficial demonstrations made from public documents. We're not affiliated with these agencies, and nothing on their websites was changed.
- Harrison City Council agenda, October 13, 2026. In the original PDF, the date, time and location sat in the page header, which screen readers that read by tags skip.
- A water district's 2026 rate table. The original table had no header cells and repeated some amounts in its hidden text.

The deadlines
Under the Department of Justice's ADA Title II web rule, state and local government web content must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by:
- April 26, 2027 for governments serving 50,000 people or more
- April 26, 2028 for smaller governments and all special districts
Some older documents may fall under exceptions. Read the official ADA.gov fact sheet and the April 20, 2026 extension notice.
What we don't promise: we're not lawyers and don't certify or guarantee "ADA compliance." Automated tests find only some problems, so every job also gets manual checks. Final responsibility for compliance stays with the agency.
